En effet, cette \u00e9pice, aussi appel\u00e9e sumac vinaigrier, a un go\u00fbt l\u00e9g\u00e8rement acidul\u00e9 et sal\u00e9 naturellement, cela ajoutera du peps \u00e0 votre houmous !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Liste des ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>2 betteraves rouges cuites<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150g de pois chiche secs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 \u00e0 2 gousses d&rsquo;ail (en fonction de vos go\u00fbts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 jus de citron<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c\u00e0s de tahine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 c\u00e0s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/vert-rouge.com\/sumac\/20-sumac-moulu.html\">2 c\u00e0c de sumac<\/a> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Graines de courges (facultatif)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : <\/strong>15 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette recette, nous allons prendre l&rsquo;exemple de pois chiches secs, mais ceux en conserve fonctionnent tout aussi bien, pas d&rsquo;inqui\u00e9tude \u00e0 avoir ! En revanche, \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence des pois chiches en converse, il faudra s&rsquo;y prendre \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance pour pr\u00e9parer le houmous car le temps de cuisson des pois chiche secs est un peu long. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center\">Pr\u00e9paration de la recette<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-black-color has-text-color\"><em>1.<\/em> La veille au soir, faites tremper les pois chiche dans un saladier rempli d&rsquo;eau<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>2.<\/em> Le lendemain, faites cuire les pois chiche pendant 1 heure, \u00e9gouttez-les bien, puis r\u00e9servez les jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils refroidissent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>3.<\/em> Pendant ce temps, coupez les betteraves rouges en d\u00e9s, couper l&rsquo;ail en petits bouts et presser le jus d&rsquo;1\/2 citron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>4.<\/em> Ensuite, mettez l&rsquo;ensemble des ingr\u00e9dients ci-dessus dans un mixeur, ajouter une c\u00e0s de tahine, 2 c\u00e0s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et mixer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une texture bien homog\u00e8ne. <meta charset=\"utf-8\"><em>4.<\/em>&nbsp;Ensuite, mettez l\u2019ensemble des ingr\u00e9dients ci-dessus dans un mixeur, ajouter 2 c\u00e0s de tahine, 2 c\u00e0s d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et mixer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une texture bien homog\u00e8ne. <em><strong>NB :<\/strong> Si la texture est trop ferme, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 ajouter un peu d&rsquo;eau de cuisson. Pour le pois chiche en conserve, versez un peu de liquide contenu dans la bo\u00eete.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>5.<\/em> Enfin, servez le houmous de betterave dans un ramequin ou une terrine et ajouter le <a href=\"https:\/\/vert-rouge.com\/sumac\/20-sumac-moulu.html\">sumac<\/a> par dessus. Vous pouvez aussi l&rsquo;agr\u00e9menter de quelques pois chiches s&rsquo;il vous en reste, ainsi que de graines de courges pour apporter un peu de croquant \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Derni\u00e8re petite astuce : laissez reposer au frigo au moins une heure avant de servir.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Et voil\u00e0 !
