Je vous les conseille vivement pour apporter une touche d&rsquo;originale et surprendre vos convives, tout en d\u00e9couvrant cette \u00e9pice saine et bonne pour la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2> Liste des ingr\u00e9dients <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1kg de cuisses de poulet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 \u00e0 3 gousses d&rsquo;ail (en fonction de vos go\u00fbts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 citron jaune<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 oignons jaune<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 feuilles de laurier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/vert-rouge.com\/zaatar\/22-43-zaatar.html#\/26-poids-30g\">4 c\u00e0c de zaatar<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 c\u00e0s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez bien \u00e9videmment ajuster la proportion de zaatar en fonction de vos go\u00fbts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Temps de pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong> 1:45 heure (dont 40 minutes de cuisson et 1h de repos)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center\">Pr\u00e9paration de la recette<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>1. <\/em>\u00d4tez la peau des cuisses de poulet. Puis \u00e9plucher l&rsquo;oignon et couper le en lamelles. Faites de m\u00eame avec l&rsquo;ail et couper le en petits morceaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>2.<\/em> Dans un bol, verser l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, le zaatar et l&rsquo;ail. M\u00e9langer le tout pour former une marinade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>3.<\/em> Ensuite, verser cette marinade sur les cuisses de poulet pour les en enrober. Le poulet doit en \u00eatre totalement recouvert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Vous pouvez ainsi laisser votre poulet reposer une petite heure pour laisser agir la marinade.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Pr\u00e9chauffer votre four \u00e0 200\u00b0C<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>5.<\/em> Couper quelques tranches fines de citron et d\u00e9posez les au four du plat \u00e0 gratin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>6. <\/em>Mettre les oignons coup\u00e9s et les cuisses de poulet marin\u00e9es dans le plat et verser le reste de la marinade dessus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>7.<\/em> D\u00e9poser les feuilles de laurier et enfourner le tout pendant 50 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voil\u00e0 ! La recette est termin\u00e9e. Une <strong>recette avec des cuisses de poulet au zaatar facile et rapide<\/strong> \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser avec une note orientale.
