Laissez reposer 10 \u00e0 15 minutes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>2.<\/em> Dans un cul de poule, m\u00e9langez la farine avec le sel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>3.<\/em> Faites un trou au milieu de la farine et versez la levure. Incorporez ensuite le reste de l&rsquo;eau puis l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>4. <\/em>M\u00e9langez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne. Couvrez et laissez reposer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te ait doubl\u00e9e de volume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Farce aux \u00e9pinards et sumac<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>1. <\/em>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Hachez les oignons et faites les revenir quelques minutes dans de l&rsquo;huile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>2.<\/em> Ajoutez les \u00e9pinards et laissez cuire tout en remuant de temps en temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>3.<\/em> Terminez par ajouter les \u00e9pices : poivre noir, sel, cumin, paprika et sumac. Puis ajoutez le jus de citron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9parer les fatayers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>1.<\/em> Une fois les deux pr\u00e9parations termin\u00e9es, reprenez votre p\u00e2te \u00e0 fatayer qui doit avoir doubl\u00e9 de volume. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.<em> <\/em>D\u00e9gazez la p\u00e2te et \u00e9talez-la sur quelques millim\u00e8tres sur votre plan de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>3.<\/em> Avec l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un emporte pi\u00e8ce, d\u00e9coupez des cercles de 8 cm de diam\u00e8tre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>4. <\/em>D\u00e9posez au centre une cuill\u00e8re de la farce aux \u00e9pinards et humidifiez le contour au pinceau pour le refermer. Repliez la p\u00e2te en forme de triangle comme sur la photo et pincez bien pour pas que le fatayer s&rsquo;ouvre \u00e0 la cuisson. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Enfin, badigeonnez&nbsp;avec un jaune d&rsquo;\u0153uf et enfournez pendant 10 minutes environ.
